The Seneye Micro Travel Power Adaptor is excellent for transporting fish. 

The car power adaptor allows you to use your Seneye in data-logging mode while on the move. It is ideal when moving any livestock, plants, or coral on long journeys, especially for large koi or certain shark species, where ammonia spikes can be a real issue.

Before setting off on your journey, set your parameters to the correct levels on seneye. me so that the device will show a warning if something goes wrong.
