Virgin Coal-based Granular Activated Carbon

Derived from virgin coal this is a large Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) with high surface area and low dust characteristics. Use to remove discoloration, odors and impurities, contaminants, toxins and organics allowing for better overall water quality and control in fresh water and marine aquariums.

DOSAGE

1 Tbsp per 8 gal

Rinse well before use. Place carbon in a canister filter, media reactor or mesh bag in a moderate flow area of the sump.
