Enhance the growth of anaerobic heterotrophic bacteria in an aquarium with the Maxspect Nano-Tech Anaerobic-Blocks. Simply stack two blocks horizontally in a sump, with a Denitrification Catalyst placed between them. The catalyst should be swapped out every two months, while the blocks can be cleaned or replaced every six months.
